Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is onsite in Dudley, MA, with an annual base salary range of $110,000–$130,000, plus eligibility for variable incentive compensation. The role leads the Quality function at Henke Sass Wolf of America, a regulated medical-device production and service operation. The manager maintains and improves the Quality Management System, leads quality operations and personnel, and supports audit readiness, regulatory compliance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The role works across functions to investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with FDA requirements and ISO 13485
• lead external audits and coordinate responses
• prepare annual management reviews
• oversee quality operations and personnel
• manage complaints and nonconformance reports
• develop quality KPIs
• analyze operational data
• lead problem-solving and corrective actions
• coach team members and coordinate training.
