What you'll do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• monitor property and unit conditions and report or correct unsafe conditions
• help maintain grounds
• clean, store, lubricate, adjust, and repair tools and equipment
• monitor parts and supplies
• clean work areas and follow safety procedures
• diagnose and perform minor and routine repairs
• restore apartments to market-ready status
• inspect and maintain appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and fixtures
• change locks and make keys when required
• report major repairs and requisition needs
• follow housing laws and company procedures.
