Personal Insurance Account Manager

The Personal Insurance Account Manager position is onsite in Hudson, MA, with a Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule and Friday hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the agency’s Personal Insurance team. The role exists to help clients select and maintain appropriate personal insurance coverage while supporting new-account sales and responsive policy service.

What you'll do

• Analyze prospects’ personal insurance needs, recommend coverage, and prepare quotes and proposals
• seek coverage increases and additional account sales
• explain coverage limitations, policy changes, and exclusions
• review client coverage during service contacts and recommend coverage or market changes
• maintain knowledge of insurance products, carrier systems, and rating procedures
• prepare documents and correspondence for client requests.

Why this role

A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license and at least two years of Personal Lines customer service or account management experience are required; bilingual ability is a plus.
