The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Round Rock, TX, with compensation of $20 per hour. Integrated Real Estate Group aims to enhance residents’ lives and support wellness and quality of life in its senior communities; this position supports Watermere at Round Rock. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The role helps plan, deliver, and evaluate recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in line with residents’ care plans. By observing participation and documenting progress, the assistant helps tailor activities to residents’ needs and support their engagement and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating community activity programs
• involve residents and families in planning when possible and coordinate with other departments. Observe and document resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• assist with activity care plans and follow them in daily activities. Help develop volunteer assignments, maintain informative progress notes, refer residents and families to social services when needed, encourage hobbies and crafts, and visit residents, including one-on-one visits with new residents.
