The Dietary Aide supports resident food service by helping prepare and serve nutritious meals, maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas, and following food-service, safety, and sanitation instructions.

What you'll do

• Set up and clear dining areas
• assist with meal service under a dietary manager or cook
• deliver trays
• discard leftovers and remove garbage
• clean food stations and wash dishes and cookware
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• assist with expense tracking and menu planning
• help maintain kitchen equipment.
