What you'll do

• Contribute to the assessment of residents.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Counsel residents and families on treatment plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
