Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Coach and inspire the team
• partner with the Store Manager on sales and customer-engagement strategies
• support recruiting, onboarding, and staff development
• oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and customer support
• plan and execute in-store events and marketing initiatives
• use store technologies and systems
• collaborate on scheduling and payroll
• maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a consistent 40-hour workweek.
