Operational Readiness Project Manager

Job overview

Compensation is $140,000–$175,000 per year. The Operational Readiness Project Manager works onsite in Boston, MA; CAI provides project management, commissioning, qualification, validation, start-up, and consulting services for FDA-regulated and other mission-critical industries. The project manager leads readiness programs that bridge mechanical completion and sustained operations. The role coordinates client engagements, integrates quality, process, and workforce activities, advises executive stakeholders, and develops teams to support on-time delivery and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams toward operational readiness objectives
• manage the readiness-to-operations lifecycle for one to three client engagements
• deliver readiness programs on time and scope
• integrate quality, process, and workforce streams
• advise executive stakeholders
• lead and coach cross-functional teams and contractors
• contribute white papers, conference presentations, and client tools
• manage scheduling, resources, controls, and closeout
• drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methods.
