Patient Ambassador

The Patient Ambassador role is onsite at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. The fixed pay rate is $16.50 per hour. Crothall Healthcare provides support services exclusively to the healthcare industry. As the Patient Experience Team’s representative for an assigned unit, the ambassador completes patient interviews and admission visits, promotes hospitality, and helps address service issues to support patient satisfaction and the hospital account.

What you'll do

• Complete new admission visits on assigned units within established timeframes
• promote a respectful hospitality orientation
• support client satisfaction and awareness of the Patient Experience Program
• assist with account-specific programs and patient satisfaction action plans
• support employee relations and recognize successful program implementation
• complete housekeeping tasks when requested
• resolve housekeeping issues and ensure timely follow-up.
