What you'll do

• Operate the point-of-sale system and perform cashier duties
• assist with food preparation and catering orders
• clean service areas and remove trash
• serve in retail areas and on the serving line
• maintain cash accuracy and make end-of-shift deposits
• inventory and restock supplies and food
• set up the serving line and record food temperatures
• serve hot and cold items
• stock and rotate products using first in, first out
• maintain pantry par levels and record replenishment and refrigerator temperatures.
