What you'll do

• Prepare fresh food according to recipes and portion standards
• cook and assemble menu items
• set up and stock stations
• work across grill, salad, roll-up, and expo stations
• manage orders during rushes
• handle and store food properly
• maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen
• assist with catering preparation and opening or closing side work.
