The Vice President of Demand Generation role is hybrid, with three required office days each week in Dallas, TX; base salary is $310,000–$340,000 per year. The role leads Five9’s global demand engine across campaigns, account-based marketing, partner and customer marketing, events, and sales development. Five9 provides cloud contact center software. The role exists to build and lead a coordinated pipeline organization accountable for qualified opportunities and revenue outcomes. It sets global strategy and targets, aligns marketing programs with Sales, and applies AI across demand generation operations and measurement.

What you'll do

• Own global campaign strategy, pipeline targets, and demand budget
• lead account-based marketing for strategic accounts
• oversee global inbound and outbound sales development
• lead partner and customer marketing and the events portfolio
• build organizational cadence, forecasting, and reporting
• hire and develop leaders
• partner across Marketing and Sales
• report demand-engine performance and changes to executives.
