What you'll do

• Operate CDL passenger vehicles safely and professionally
• transport passengers on assigned routes and schedules
• support timely arrivals and departures
• follow traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company policies
• adapt to traffic, weather, and road conditions
• welcome passengers and assist with route or destination questions
• support passengers with mobility or accessibility needs
• help passengers board and exit safely
• conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• maintain vehicle cleanliness
• operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment when required
• report maintenance or safety concerns
• complete inspection documentation
• communicate with dispatch and operations about delays, route changes, and service concerns.
