What you'll do

• Lead tax-exempt and taxable financing and refinancing transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate financing and offering documents
• advise on federal tax and securities disclosure issues
• review and negotiate credit support, tax, construction, and management agreements
• serve as a primary contact for transaction participants
• coordinate multidisciplinary working groups
• supervise, mentor, and train associates and paralegals
• collaborate on client relationships and business development.
