The position leads Teradyne’s Compute Test Division hardware organization, developing next-generation semiconductor test instrument products. It builds engineering capability and aligns teams, resources, and product roadmaps to deliver complex products from concept through production release.

What you'll do

• Lead the Compute Test Division Hardware Products Engineering organization and develop strategy for ASICs, ASSPs, technology partnerships, and engineering investments. Maintain multiyear product and technology roadmaps. Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain engineering leaders and staff. Ensure execution from concept through production release with clear priorities, staffing, technical reviews, and risk resolution. Collaborate across engineering, program management, operations, NPI, and supply chain
• partner with executives, customers, suppliers, and technology partners
• improve productivity through AI, automation, reuse, data-driven decisions, and root-cause analysis.
