Warehouse Order Dispatch & Assembly Planner

Job overview

Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. The Warehouse Order Dispatch & Assembly Planner role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports outbound operations at Colson Group USA, the U.S. arm of a caster and wheel manufacturer. The planner coordinates order and assembly workflows through the distribution center, helping shipments meet deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed. Accurate prioritization, follow-up, and reporting support reliable fulfillment and customer service.

What you'll do

• Print, prioritize, and assign pick tickets
• monitor and respond to email
• schedule and monitor assembly orders
• execute transfer orders
• identify and escalate past-due orders
• follow up on late transfer and purchase orders
• review past-due statuses and expedite inventory when feasible
• produce operational metrics and reports
• track missed shipments and initiate corrective actions.

Why this role
