The assistant coach helps organize and coach the team while supporting student-athletes’ academic progress, recruitment, and retention. What you'll do

• Assist with practices and games, provide instruction as directed by the head coach, encourage academic success and degree completion, monitor study hall attendance and faculty progress reports, transport teams to games and tournaments, supervise team activities, maintain equipment and fields, coordinate fundraising, support program compliance and recruitment, and plan and execute a yearly summer youth softball camp fundraiser.
• Overnight travel to games and program activities is required.
