The Undergraduate Enrollment Advisor role is onsite in Laurel, MD, on Capitol Technology University’s campus. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 per year. The advisor reports to the Senior Director of Student Recruitment and supports undergraduate recruitment and enrollment.

What you'll do

• Recruit prospective students in assigned territories and guide prospective and incoming students through application and admission. Communicate through in-person meetings, CRM, email, text, and phone
• represent the university at recruitment events
• assist with enrollment operations and special events. Review applications, prepare admissions files, confirm acceptance requirements, and make scholarship recommendations.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience is required; three years of related experience is preferred. Frequent evening and weekend work and travel within the assigned area are required. Salesforce and Jenzabar familiarity is preferred.
