Preschool Lead Teacher

The Preschool Lead Teacher role is onsite in Folsom, CA, with pay of $20.25–$24 per hour. The teacher works under the School Director to create a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. The role leads classroom operations and delivers curriculum that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs. The teacher partners with families and colleagues, including supporting children with Individualized Education Plans, while maintaining licensing and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Create an inclusive classroom
• build professional relationships with children and families
• respond to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan, deliver, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum
• maintain safe supervision
• document and report incidents
• follow company policies and licensing requirements
• and participate in required training, meetings, and professional development.
