What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, automation, PLC, and motor-drive systems supporting Hot Mill operations. Analyze and repair complex electrical and control-system issues
• lead electrical projects including installations, upgrades, vendor coordination, cost tracking, scheduling, and commissioning. Support training, use diagnostic tools and data analysis to improve reliability, document system changes, and collaborate across operations, maintenance, engineering, IT, vendors, and continuous-improvement teams.
