What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to established care plans and procedures
• assess residents’ physical and psychosocial status and monitor changes
• administer prescribed medications and treatments and document care
• coordinate resident needs with physicians, families, pharmacies, and other providers
• support health promotion and disease prevention
• maintain clinical documentation
• assist with care planning and service-plan updates
• collaborate with caregivers and leadership
• respond to concerns, incidents, and emergencies
• support care-staff training as appropriate
• participate in quality assurance and compliance activities.
