What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls, support members, and direct calls to other departments
• assist with billing, service transfers, and account questions
• communicate with other departments
• provide fair, friendly, courteous service
• apply payments accurately and balance drawers daily
• attend in person regularly
• use Microsoft Windows applications and multiple software interfaces
• drive to other REC office locations and within the stated service radius if needed.
