What you'll do

• Develop relationships with local hospitals, discharge planners, physician practices, and home health agencies
• respond to inquiries from referral sources and families
• serve as an initial liaison on facility services
• assist with employee engagement and recruiting
• gather information to determine admission eligibility
• conduct facility tours and maintain marketing materials
• assign accommodations
• complete admissions paperwork
• track admissions, discharges, and occupancy
• maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
