Route Supervisor — Tampa

Job overview

What you'll do

• Assist with district development through training, meetings, check-ins, route rides, and relationships with route service representatives
• support customer loyalty through visits, audits, installations, problem-solving, and communication
• communicate policies and changes
• evaluate route organization and service procedures
• operate company vehicles safely
• support retention, growth, sales, promotions, and customer relationships
• perform route and route-relief responsibilities as needed
• upsell and cross-sell services when running a route
• monitor competitive activity and maintain service agreements.
