What you'll do

• Balance patient accounts and take payments for services rendered
• review bills and claims for accuracy
• enter data into the company database
• handle incoming and outgoing email and physical mail
• maintain and protect employee payrolls and staff and patient files
• prepare billing reports and documents for government agencies
• identify and resolve data-entry problems and inaccuracies
• interact with patients, physicians, and policy representatives to collect payments.
