What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with transfers, ambulation, exercise, range of motion, and laundry
• support home safety
• follow care plans
• communicate with clients, families, and the office
• document condition and report changes to the nurse supervisor.
