What you'll do

• Conduct nutritional assessments for new residents and residents with significant changes
• ensure MDS assessments follow the RAI manual

• conduct meal rounds and food intake studies as needed
• review intake records, weights, laboratory results, and tube-feeding orders
• recommend changes to the Dining Services Manager
• develop and update resident care plans
• support safety, quality, and resident rights.
