Operations Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee daily facility operations, including device repairs, deployments, inventory, warehousing, and logistics
• assign workloads and monitor work orders, turnaround times, and deadlines
• resolve bottlenecks and improve processes
• supervise and coach technicians, drivers, warehouse personnel, and other staff
• oversee device receiving, diagnosis, repair, quality control, staging, and shipping
• coordinate pickups, deliveries, and courier operations
• maintain inventory and chain-of-custody records
• prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs and SLA compliance
• coordinate with internal departments, customers, and partners
• maintain safety and quality standards.
