What you'll do

• Conduct client nursing assessments and reassessments
• develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• provide clinical oversight and education for caregivers
• monitor client progress and communicate condition changes
• ensure compliance with Virginia regulations, HIPAA, and agency policies
• review documentation
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement
• assist with inspections, surveys, and licensing compliance
• collaborate with the Administrator on clinical operations.
