What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as required. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor personnel, visitor, and vehicle access in accordance with site procedures, including verifying credentials and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries as required. Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
