The Maintenance Technician – Affordable Housing Properties role is onsite in Kenmore, WA, and pays $29.20–$35.69 per hour. The technician performs routine, preventive, turnover, and emergency property maintenance to support safe, clean housing and responsive service to residents. The role also documents work, identifies proactive maintenance needs, and coordinates with property managers and subcontractors as needed.

What you'll do

  • Perform scheduled, turnover, and emergency maintenance, including inspections, carpentry, and drywall repair
  • complete construction and special projects such as renovations, concrete and brickwork, roofing, minor electrical upgrades, and plumbing repairs
  • maintain mechanical equipment, grounds, and work areas
  • perform janitorial duties
  • document work and incidents
  • evaluate properties for maintenance needs
  • coordinate bids and supervise subcontractors as needed
  • record inspections
  • prioritize work to serve residents and prevent property damage
  • order supplies within budget.
