What you'll do

• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
• investigate shipment discrepancies
• ensure materials are accurately placed in deviation areas
• coordinate with departments on deviations
• assist the Quality Manager with projects
• communicate quality issues to clients according to procedures and agreements
• count inventory and track errors
• maintain quality records in QT9
• inspect materials for damage and discrepancies
• support accurate segregation, labeling, and documentation.
