What you'll do

• Develop and evolve enterprise strategy with executive leadership and the Board
• translate mission and vision into priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes
• advise leaders on strategic decisions
• lead planning, performance management, reporting, and accountability
• assess trends, risks, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• champion the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework and continuous improvement
• oversee operational excellence, business intelligence, project management, and improvement functions.
