The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Modeler, Project Site Lead role is onsite in Pampa, TX. Compensation is not specified. Mullins Mechanical provides specialty contracting services for mechanical systems and industrial and heavy commercial projects. The role develops and coordinates project models so field teams can work efficiently and project scopes are reviewed before construction. It supports project delivery by maintaining model data, identifying clashes, checking constructability and quality, coordinating with owners and trades, and providing model and material status updates.

What you'll do

• Model project scopes based on bid documents and site-team needs
• ensure the model database is complete and uses approved submittal parts
• upload updated models to Procore weekly and native files to client platforms daily
• perform clash detection
• review constructability and QA/QC final models
• coordinate scopes with owners and other trades
• sign off applicable areas
• extract isometric or shop drawings after sign-off
• report model status weekly
• issue weekly model dumps for material quantity tracking and procurement.
