On-Site Kitchen Services Coordinator

The On-Site Kitchen Services Coordinator role is onsite in Elmira, NY, part-time, Monday through Friday for four hours a day, at $22–$26 per hour. Catholic Charities works to reduce poverty, promote wellness and self-sufficiency, and advocate for social justice.

What you'll do

• Support volunteers and supervise Capabilities workers at the Elmira Community Kitchen
• help the program director maintain meal-program operations. Keep kitchen and facility areas clean and stocked, maintain equipment and inventory, receive and stock deliveries, support safe food handling, record meal counts and prepare monthly statistics, assist with meal preparation and service, welcome guests, supervise volunteer activities, and support outreach and volunteer training.
