Project Implementation Manager III

Job overview

What you'll do

• Lead client software implementations from planning through go-live and transition to support
• serve as the primary client contact
• manage project plans, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• oversee implementation and validation documentation, configuration, change control, and release readiness
• review time records and invoices
• provide training and demonstrations
• and coordinate upgrades and post-go-live support.
