What you'll do

• Supervise, guide, and direct Program Coordinators
• support employee development and performance management
• oversee hiring and onboarding
• develop staffing plans aligned with patient census
• participate in group facilitation and provide direct patient-care support as needed
• ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
• participate in chart audits
• contribute to operational planning and improvements
• coordinate with site departments
• serve as a Handle with Care Trainer and maintain certification.
