Production Manager / Value Stream Leader

The Production Manager / Value Stream Leader role is onsite in Springville, UT, working on the production floor. Compensation is $34–$43 per hour. The role supports BetterBody Foods’ production teams making better-for-you products and reports to the Value Stream Manager. The manager leads daily shift operations and supervises approximately six to eight production team members. By coordinating staffing and workflow, reinforcing safety and food-quality standards, and applying continuous-improvement practices, the role supports reliable production and team performance.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop production team members
• assign work and provide direction in English and Spanish
• coordinate staffing, materials, and workflow
• reinforce safety, GMP, SOP, and SQF requirements
• monitor production results and apply Lean principles
• coordinate line setups and changeovers with Maintenance
• review batch records and production data
• coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Human Resources, and material handlers
• review timecards and time-off requests
• foster a respectful workplace.
