What you'll do

• Support production startup and implementation
• learn processes and help develop local work instructions and standards
• communicate with planning, manufacturing engineering, quality, and related departments
• train and monitor production associates on the specified shift
• load and unload, operate, adjust, change over, and maintain machines
• conduct 5S and assist with troubleshooting
• work toward daily targets and escalate deviations
• travel overseas for training as required by the position.
