What you'll do

• Guide large and complex student caseloads through financial aid and college matriculation milestones
• deliver workshops, small-group sessions, and individual coaching
• provide curriculum and guidance to students and families
• lead school and campus partnerships
• mentor and support College Fellows
• assess curriculum effectiveness, track data, and prepare program reports
• travel regularly within assigned regions and attend occasional evening or weekend activities.
