What you'll do

• Greet and escort patients
• prepare patients and take vital signs
• document histories and chief complaints in electronic records
• assist physicians with examinations, ultrasounds, and procedures
• perform phlebotomy, urinalysis, and other in-office laboratory work
• conduct diagnostic testing
• prepare and administer immunizations and injections
• maintain supplies, rooms, and instruments
• assist with triage, scheduling, and clerical coverage
• obtain insurance pre-authorizations.
