What you'll do

• Achieve monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and account growth
• secure and onboard independent coffee shops to the local supply delivery service
• develop prospects using the company database
• manage customer retention and expansion through upselling, visits, and product launches
• coordinate issue resolution with operations and support
• maintain CRM records
• work with vendor partners on local events and sampling
• share customer feedback with internal teams.
