Assistant Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• respond to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies
• assist with property cleanliness, safety, and appearance
• coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
• conduct regular inspections
• assist with seasonal landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance if applicable.
