What you'll do

• Support activities of daily living and skill development
• encourage decision-making and independence
• assist with medical, clinical, and financial needs
• accompany or transport people to activities as needed
• maintain progress notes and shift documentation
• complete assigned household cleaning
• conduct steady-care calls on awake overnight shifts
• assist with community resources and recreation
• administer medications according to MAP regulations when applicable
• maintain required training and certifications
• build relationships with families and stakeholders
• attend staff and supervision meetings.
