What you'll do

• Assess donor-family needs, establish rapport, and advocate for family needs while supporting the donation process
• coordinate respectful communication with medical teams, families, and Iowa Donor Network staff
• support grief care, recipient correspondence, donor-family events, and support groups
• participate in monthly meetings, process improvement, and quality assurance activities.

Why this role
