The Executive Chef role is onsite in Bowie, MD, with compensation of $80,000–$85,000 per year. Collington is a Life Plan Community offering independent living and person-centered continuing care, including assisted living and memory support. The Executive Chef leads culinary services to provide resident-centered dining that balances nutrition, flavor, variety, and presentation. The role develops menus, supports specialized diets and resident preferences, leads the kitchen team, and maintains food safety and service standards across dining venues and events.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute seasonal menus that accommodate specialized diets
• gather resident feedback and incorporate preferences
• lead special events and dining experiences
• recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff
• coordinate with care and other departments
• maintain ServSafe and sanitation programs
• oversee food safety, cleanliness, inspections, and audits.
