The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tipp City, OH, with pay of $28–$38 per hour. Proto Plastics is a custom injection plastic molder focused on meeting customer expectations through continuous improvement. The technician maintains and restores manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support reliable production and reduce equipment downtime. The work includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, and documenting findings.

What you'll do

• Investigate equipment issues and identify root causes
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, automation, and facility systems
• inspect, dismantle, repair, and replace parts
• test equipment after repairs
• conduct safety inspections and document maintenance activity
• assist with tooling and production equipment maintenance
• coach technical team members.
