The carpenter performs skilled work from layout through finish, helping execute safe, precise, high-quality builds. The role works with the Field Operations team to complete construction tasks according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

What you'll do

• Perform carpentry tasks across construction phases from layout to finish
• interpret blueprints and project specifications
• complete framing, drywall, installations, and repairs
• build stairs, mantels, cabinets, scaffolding, and concrete forms
• install doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, and molding
• use hand and power tools
• maintain code compliance and safe, orderly job sites
• communicate with leads, foremen, and coworkers
• support documentation and material handling.
