Bilingual Independent Mental Health Therapist – Arizona (Remote)

The Bilingual Independent Mental Health Therapist role is remote, providing telemedicine services to patients of Community Health Center partners throughout Arizona. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 per year for a primary residence in Arizona, plus a monthly bonus program. Ascend Healthcare provides integrated psychiatric and behavioral health services through a “no wrong door” treatment model. The therapist provides counseling and evidence-based treatment to support patients’ recovery and stabilization. The role contributes to coordinated care through individual and group therapy, clinical documentation, crisis intervention, case planning, and case management as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities
• review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed
• maintain compliant clinical records and document services
• conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans
• participate in multidisciplinary case planning, supervision, and ongoing education
• provide case management to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
