What you'll do

  • Provide mentorship, advocacy, and case management to at-risk and justice-involved youth and young adults ages 10–26
  • develop goal plans and connect participants with education, employment, mental health, and community resources
  • facilitate individual and group sessions
  • conduct outreach and community engagement
  • maintain case notes and service records
  • coordinate with schools, families, probation officers, and community partners
  • and assist with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and participant transportation as needed. Local travel throughout Chicago and availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed are required.
